How far are the Ouzoud Waterfalls from Marrakech?
About 150 km. By road it is 158 km, around 3 hours of driving each way without stops. The falls are in the High Atlas, in the province of Azilal, 36 km from the town of Azilal.
Six hours in the car is a lot for one day, so it is worth leaving early. That gives you the middle of the day at the falls and gets you back to Marrakech by evening.
