1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
  • Full payment is due 30 days before tour departure
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payment methods accepted: Credit card, bank transfer

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
  • 30-59 days: 50% refund
  • 15-29 days: 25% refund
  • Less than 15 days: No refund

3. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Local events or festivals
  • Safety concerns
  • Circumstances beyond our control

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Medical emergencies
  • Lost luggage
  • Personal liability

5. Liability

Travel Legacy Morocco acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for:

  • Actions of third-party providers
  • Force majeure events
  • Personal injury or loss
  • Lost or stolen items

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during booking
  • Obtain necessary visas and documents
  • Follow local customs and laws
  • Respect tour guides and other participants
